Bristol's Christmas Market officially opened today (Friday, November 7) welcoming hundreds of shoppers to peruse wooden chalet-style stalls, two bars, fairground rides and plenty of food and drink. Bristol's Shopping Quarter was filled with groups of shoppers looking to begin, or end, their Christmas shopping with a visit to the market, which stretches from opposite Cabot Circus , along the thoroughfare of Broadmead shops, and around Merchant Street.
