HOUSTON – The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles has denied parole for Elmer Wayne Henley, according to Andy Kahan with Crime Stoppers of Houston.
Kahan shared the message he received from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, stating Henley will not be eligible for parole for another 10 years.
Elmer Wayne Henley, 69, helped serial killer Dean Corll lure, torture and murder at least 28 teens and young men between 1970 and 1973.
Kahan provided KPRC 2’s Robert Arnold with the following statement:
