Hyderabad: District Election Officer RV Karnan on Friday instructed poll duty officials to ensure a transparent and orderly vote-counting process for Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency by-election scheduled on November 14.

He directed that all procedures follow Election Commission of India guidelines and that staff gain complete familiarity with the Counting Manual.

“The counting of votes will be conducted at the Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium on November 14. Staff must strictly follow all prescribed rules and procedures
