CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- There's continued uncertainty over SNAP benefits for those who rely on food assistance.

Thursday, a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to release SNAP payments in full to states for November.

Hours later, Governor Tony Evers said his administration moved to pay those benefits to FoodShare members immediately. But now, there are more questions after the Trump administration appealed that federal judge's ruling, leaving the entire system potentially up in the air again.

There's been a steady stream of people going in and out of the Project Concern food pantry in Cudahy Friday. We talked to multiple FoodShare recipients who say they did get notification their EBT accounts received a deposit.
