WARREN A verdict has been reached in a child rape case in Trumbull County.

A jury has found 75-year-old Danny McFadden guilty of all 11 counts of gross sexual imposition, but returned no verdict on any of the 17 rape charges against him.

A sentencing date has been set for Tuesday, December 16. McFadden will be continue to be held in jail without bond until his sentencing.

McFadden's crimes began in 2017, when the victim was just five years old, and continued all the way into 2025. The victim testified that these incidents would usually occur when her parents were asleep.

It is unclear at this time if the prosecution will try McFadden again on the rape charges.
