BRAINERD — One of Brainerd’s own small businesses is getting an even larger audience thanks to a 2025 Advent calendar made of chocolate.

Fancy Pants Chocolate, a longtime Brainerd business which is now on the southside of Washington Street just west of the Northwest Fourth Street intersection by Walgreens, was selected to be one of 24 businesses represented in the Delicious Food Delivered Minnesota Advent Calendar boxes.

Nancy Williams, owner of Fancy Pants Chocolate in Brainerd, was contacted by Delicious Food Delivered this past summer to be part of the 2025 calendar. Williams said they requested an item that represented Fancy Pants Chocolates and would delight customers.

She sent them a box of samples from her chocolate shop and they picked a mini S’more as the candy to represent her
