CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is now listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Saints, the team reported Friday.
The rookie was added to the injury report Friday with a hamstring injury, but Panthers head coach Dave Canales said there's still hope that he can get back on the field at home Sunday.
Canales is hopeful McMillan will be ready to play.
"Something popped up in practice, so you know we shut him down for part of it," Canales told media. "We'll look at him again tomorrow morning, though, just to make sure that he's ready to go."
McMillan has 41 catches for 558 yards and two touchdowns this season, second in the NFL among rookie receivers in yards.
