WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former daycare teacher will spend the next 15 years in prison after being convicted of child abuse in Waukesha County.

Back in September, 51-year-old Heather Miller was convicted in September on three counts of child abuse and one count of recklessly endangering safety, according to court records.

The charges stem from a string of abuse incidents, including one where she slammed a young boy into a crib face down.

Miller will spend seven years on probation after serving her prison sentence.
