Environmental groups file appeal to overturn permit related to Rosebud coal mine expansion

Environmental groups and ranchers appealed a case to the Montana Supreme Court Thursday after a Rosebud County District Court ruling upheld a challenged water pollution permit for the Rosebud Coal Mine intended as part of its expansion.
