CLEVELAND, Ohio — One of the men accused in a chaotic shootout that wounded six people in the Flats after the Browns’ home opener has pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges.
Savone Robinson, 21, entered the plea Friday during his arraignment in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Judge Carl Mazzone kept Robinson’s bond at $100,000, which Robinson posted in September, and assigned attorney Fernando Mack to represent him.
The case is set for a Nov. 19 pretrial hearing before Judge Sherrie Miday.
Robinson, of Elyria, faces six counts of felonious assault, one count of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, and two counts of aggravated riot in connection with the Sept. 7 shooting outside Play Bar & Grill near Front Avenue and West 10th Street. An estimated 100,000 pe
