GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man has been charged with five felony sex crimes for acts he allegedly committed against a child while he himself was a minor.
Roman Paul Harrow, 21, is charged with five counts of Class A felony gross sexual imposition for engaging in a sexual act with a minor under the age of 15. Four out of the five charges specify that Harrow would have been under the age of 22 at the time.
Class A felonies carry a maximum 20-year sentence.
Harrow is also charged with Class A misdemeanor indecent exposure for masturbation.
At least six separate sexual acts took place over a two-year period, according to a declaration of probable cause summary filed in the case.
