Dennis Doane joined as a Lindsay Chamber of Commerce board member two years ago in October 2023 and soon after was voted in as president.
"We are all about providing services, education, and opportunities to our small businesses in town so the business owners create sustainability,” he said. “We have small businesses and large businesses as a part of our membership. I'm very proud of what we've done in the past two years. When I became the chamber president we were struggling financially, and were $8,000 in the hole. Half the board quit and the other half stayed committed.
