Neurosurgeon pleads not guilty to charges related to Fort Smith domestic incident

FORT SMITH -- A Fort Smith neurosurgeon pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges related to a domestic incident in which, according to police, he physically shoved both of his parents and threatened them with a gun.
