Oneida County, N.Y. - State Police have released the name of a driver who was killed early Friday morning in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 90 in Oneida County.

Quinntin Walker, 35, of Ithaca was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to State Police spokesperson Krista Montie.

At around 2:25 a.m., Walker was driving a 2018 Jeep Renegade going east in the westbound lane on I-90, police said.

Police followed the Jeep from eastbound lanes for around 12 miles before it struck a 2018 Ford F-250 pickup head-on near Exit 32.

Mark Jean, 47, of Fulton, was driving the Ford. He was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital, where he is in a medically induced coma, Montie said.
