It looks like we’re in between rain makers most of Saturday. A partly sunny sky and a southwesterly wind flow will warm temps into the upper 70s to lower 80s for highs. Another wave of rain and t-storms will move through the area late Saturday night into early Sunday. Some of these storms could be strong with rumbles of thunder and gusty winds. It looks like we’re on the backside of any rain activity late Sunday afternoon.
We head into next week facing some of the coldest air so far this fall. All indications are a rather cold air mass invades the deep south Sunday night into Monday. Temps will start out in the mid to upper 30s Monday morning and they will only climb into the lower 50s Monday afternoon. The really cold air will settle over us Monday night into Tuesday morning.
