SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The South Dakota Department of Social Services announced Friday afternoon that SNAP funding will move forward on schedule for recipients.

Update : The appellate court announced they were keeping the order to keep SNAP funded in place after this story originally aired.

Funds are planned to be loaded onto EBT cards on November 10. If there are delays, they will be communicated as soon as they are known.

The announcement follows a decision from the Trump Administration that SNAP funding will move forward in November, while an appeals court decides on the most recent filings to halt the funding nationwide.
