Bank of America experienced a possible outage Friday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 9,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 5:12 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.
User reported errors including messages saying the bank was unable to display some accounts, while others said their balances were showing amounts from previous days.
The majority of reports point to issues with mobile banking.
