A staggered land transaction in Pune has been cancelled amid allegations of misconduct involving a 40-acre plot in the upscale Mundhwa area. The land, originally belonging to the government, was the subject of a proposed deal worth ₹300 crore with a firm in which Parth Pawar is a partner. The company involved is Amadea Enterprises LLP.

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar stated that neither his son nor his business partner was aware that the land was government‐owned at the time the deal was entered into. He confirmed the transaction has now been scrapped, asserting that no money has exchanged hands and the deal did not reach completion.
