Apparently fans caught a reference on that alludes to Orlando cheating on her with Sydney. You might remember this moment of has-been and Miss Good Genes:

And it led to...

- Crumb Café, one of the places that blows up in the video is supposedly the place where Katy caught Orlando and Sydney/found out about their affair

- In the MV, you see a faceless blonde woman with a seemingly (much hairier) Orlando-like figure at the café, before it explodes while Katy watches them

The video also has other personal references the fans have spotted (like a daisy to symbolize her daughter, and a store named Love and Light, which is the name of a spiritual retreat where Orlando took her after they reconciled, and appears with a CLOSED sign in the video).
