Now, a fresh complaint from a frustrated flyer has reignited online debate about Bengaluru’s transport woes.

X user Disha Saini recently shared a video showing a massive queue at the Uber pickup point outside the airport, claiming she had to “wait more than 2 hours” to get a cab. The clip captures a sea of passengers, all standing with their luggage in what appears to be a never-ending line for rides.
