ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Many flyers are concerned about what airports will look like during the holiday travel season. Foot traffic was relatively light at the Albuquerque International Sunport on Friday afternoon. Travelers have expressed that they are not particularly worried about flights arriving or departing from the Sunport; however, they are concerned that if the government shutdown continues, it could significantly impact their holiday plans.
