Weeks after the violent unrest in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), a significant wave of dissent is rising across the conflicted region over educational reforms, specifically fee hikes and a faulty exam process. The protests, led by mostly Gen Z, began peacefully but turned violent against the Shehbaz Sharif-led government after gunfire injured a student.
