NATO Nations ‘Invite’ Putin’s War; Gen Issues Ultimatum As Poland, Germany Mobilise 400,000 ‘Troops’ Tensions between Russia and NATO have reached alarming new levels. Germany’s top military commander, Lt. Gen. Alexander Sollfrank, has warned that Russia could launch a limited attack on NATO “as early as tomorrow.” Newsweek reported that Sollfrank, head of Germany’s Joint Operations Command, said that while Moscow remains heavily engaged in Ukraine, it still has the capability to strike NATO territory with a “small, quick, regionally limited” operation.
