Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page made an appearance on James Martin's Saturday Morning to discuss her debut autobiography, Lush: My Story - From Swansea to Stacey and Everything in Between.

The Welsh performer, who is a mother to four children, is wed to actor James Thornton, with both having featured in the 1999 television adaptation of David Copperfield.

Page revealed her intention for the memoir to be "brutally honest", explaining: "I'm raw, I'm honest, I don't pull any punches, and there were many times where I just thought, 'pull it, I can't, it's too personal'.
