New Delhi: Rain played spoilsport at The Gabba in Brisbane as India clinched the five-match series against Australia 2-1 after the final 5th encounter got washed out on Saturday, November 08. Only 4.5 overs of action were possible as India raced to 52/0 after being asked to bat first, before rain hampered the proceedings.
It was the second match that ended in a no result after the series opener was also washed out. India claimed the series 2-1 after winning two of the three matches that were possible.
