The Columbiana County Sheriff's Office put out a statewide missing adult alert for Michael Arnoto, who last left his home on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 8 a.m.

Law enforcement is concerned for his safety as Arnoto is reported to be insulin dependent and suffers from memory issues.

The incident took place in Columbiana County, on Campbell Road in Hanoverton.

Arnoto is a caucasian 47-year-old male, 5-foot-7-inches tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He has brown hair and grey eyes.

The vehicle involved is a blue 2016 Hyundai Accent with Ohio plate number JLU4542.

The Columbiana County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information to call 911 or to contact their office at (330)424-7255 .
