Frank Lampard has made one change to his Coventry City team to face Mark Robins’ Stoke in the big top-of-the-table clash at the Bet365 Stadium.
Winger Ephron Mason-Clark returns to the starting line-up in place of midfielder Josh Eccles in what is the same team that ended the game against Sheffield United on Tuesday night.
That means Carl Rushworth continues in goal behind Lampard’s most consistent back four of Milan van Ewijk, Bobby Thomas, Liam Kitching and Jay Dasilva.
Skipper Matt Grimes continues in the holding role with Victor Torp alongside side him, with licence to get forward. That leaves Tatsuhiro Sakamoto out wide on the right, Mason-Clark to operate on the left and the in-form and ever versatile Brandon Thomas-Asante to fill in the hole as a number ten behind lone striker
