BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Today is the last warm day before a strong cold front ushers in a brief but sharp cold snap early next week.
TODAY’S FORECAST
After a foggy and mild start, sunshine will break through this afternoon, pushing temperatures well above normal into the mid-80s.
The day will stay mainly dry, with only an isolated shower possible late tonight into early Sunday morning as the strong cold front moves through.
COLD FRONT ARRIVES
The much anticipated front pushes through overnight and into the pre-dawn hours Sunday. A few showers may accompany the front, followed by breezy and much cooler conditions through the day.
FIRST FROST AND FREEZE?
