As the Ukraine-Russia war enters its fourth winter, Moscow on Friday escalated attacks on energy infrastructure in Kyiv, crippling the power grid and leaving thousands of people in darkness.

Restoration Minister Oleksiy Kuleba stated that the power outage has affected train services.
