STATE COLLEGE – The Penn State offense’s job just became more difficult.
No. 2 Indiana’s defense is expected to have standout linebacker Aiden Fisher available when the Hoosiers (9-0, 6-0) face the Nittany Lions (3-5, 0-5) later today at Beaver Stadium.
Fisher is not listed on the Penn State-Indiana availability report.
The 6-1, 231-pound Fisher, a first-team All-American selection, missed IU’s 55-10 win at Maryland last week with a knee injury.
Fisher has racked up 49 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, four quarterback hurries and an interception.
On the Penn State front, talented true freshman edge rusher Chaz Coleman is out, as are reserve quarterback Jaxon Smolik and backup defensive tackle Owen Wafle.
