An e-commerce business sued the Nittany Mall ’s owner Thursday, claiming repeated neglect of a leaky roof caused more than $565,000 in damage to designer wristwatches and other inventory stored inside the State College-area shopping center.
Mark Harrison, who operates MRH Consulting, alleged the mall’s owner ignored multiple warnings about leaks in the roof, leading to extensive water damage that rendered his inventory unsellable.
Namdar Realty Group, a New York-based commercial real estate firm that owns shopping centers across the country, declined comment, citing a general rule to not comment on pending litigation.
