Below are results for the 2025 Illinois High School Association cross country state finals, held Saturday at Detweiller Park in Peoria.

Included are top 10 teams and top 25 runners for each of the Class 1A, Class 2A and Class 3A boys and girls races. The top three teams in each race earn state trophies. The top 25 runners in each race are named all-state. Schedule, maps, etc.: 2025 IHSA cross country state finals in Peoria
