GARDEN CITY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Garden City Police Department (GCPD) is requesting assistance in locating a missing man.

Scott Worley, 39, was last seen on Oct. 30 at the Inntown Suites, located at 5450 Augusta Rd. He left behind all of his possessions, including his medications.

Worley is believed to have left in a blue Toyota Tacoma with a Georgia license plate "EBV702."

Officials say he suffers from multiple mental health conditions, including PTSD and depression.
