A man has been rushed to an Edinburgh hospital with "serious injuries" following a crash in Fife.
The collision , which involved one car, took place on the A92 near Cowdenbeath in Fife at around 12.15pm on Saturday, November 8.
Police Scotland have confirmed that the male driver of the vehicle was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The A92 is closed at the Cowdenbeath junction, following a one-vehicle crash, which was reported around 12.15pm on Saturday, 8 November, 2025.
"The male driver was conveyed to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh with serious injuries and the female passenger taken to Victoria Hospital with minor injuries.
"Emergency services remain at the scene and motorists are advised to avoid the area."
