The probe into a case registered against the director of a firm linked to Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s son Parth Pawar for a deal involving government land in Pune’s Bopodi has been transferred from the Pune city police to the Economic Offences Wing.
Pravina Borde, the sub-divisional officer for the Pune sub-division, lodged an FIR at Khadak police station early on Friday, naming nine people, including Digvijay Amarsinh Patil, the director of Amadea Enterprises LLP, in which Parth is a partner.
