Syracuse has gotten to Carson Beck. The Orange used the first quarter to establish its pass rush, using the blitz to sack Beck twice. In between those, Syracuse was a penalty away from intercepting Beck.

Fran Brown said Monday that he hopes Beck, whom he knows from their days at Georgia, has a great career. he just didn’t want Beck to show up in this game. So far, his defense is forcing Beck to struggle.
