But when a car buyer recently raised a query on X, tagging Mahindra regarding a car’s PDI, the automobile manufacturer’s response raised a few eyebrows online. “WHY PDI is not allowed @Mahindra_Auto before making Payment in the Showroom. How can we trust you that a car has no defect in it. Buying 3XO AZ5L variant," the X user wrote.
Mahindra Customer Care’s response to this question posed by the car buyer soon went viral across social media platforms.
