(WLNS) -- Michigan State men's basketball faces off against Arkansas on Saturday night. MSU is technically the betting favorite by a slim margin despite being ranked lower by the Associated Press.

MSU is 2-0 all-time against Arkansas, with the last meeting being in Tom Izzo's first season as the Spartans' head coach in 1995. The Spartans won their first game of the season against Colgate, 80-69, at Breslin Center. Jaxon Kohler led MSU in points with 16.

Arkansas played Southern University and won 109-77.
