Montreal native Félix Auger-Aliassime has qualified for the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, Italy.

The Canadian tennis player’s spot was determined by the winner of the Hellenic Championship final between Serbia’s Novak Djokovic and Italy’s Lorenzo Musetti on Saturday, according to the ATP website.

Djokovic, who had already qualified for the eight-player event, defeated Musetti 4-6, 6-3, 7-5. The Italian player needed to win the Athens title to pass Auger-Aliassime, ranked world No. 8, but Musetti lost to Djokovic — along with his spot in the championship.
