A man was arrested on Friday after a fatal shooting at a Stuttgart park on Nov. 2, police said in a social media post.
Lemontae Thompson, 32, faces a first-degree murder charge in the killing of Treveon Jones at Bryant Park at about 2 p.m. Nov. 2, Stuttgart police said in the post.
Thompson was booked into the Arkansas County jail at 3:40 p.m. Friday, according to an online inmate roster. He was being held Saturday without bond.
In addition to the murder charge, Thompson faces charges of committing a terroristic act, aggravated assault, engaging in violent criminal group activity and endangering the welfare of a minor, according to the jail roster.
