HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A cold front making its way through the islands will bring showers, especially for windward and mauka areas, into Sunday.
The front started with Kauai Saturday morning, and will make its way eastward to Hawaii Island by Sunday. Rainfall totals could be on the higher side for Maui and Hawaii Island, but the front’s movement should minimize flooding concerns.
You’ll know when the front has passed when breezy to locally windy northeast trades kick in. The breezy conditions will continue into much of the coming week.
