Travelers face chaos as FAA flight restrictions disrupt plans at Reagan National Airport

The four percent decrease in flight operations that began on Friday will increase to six percent by November 11, eight percent by November 13, and the full 10 percent reduction in flight traffic will be in place by November 14.
