WILKES-BARRE — The Millennium Circle Advisory Committee of the Luzerne Foundation has narrowed the field of more than 30 applicants down to five for a $25,000 grant that will be announced on November 12, 2025.

The Millennium Circle, established in 2000, is a group of passionate community members who come together to make a greater impact in Luzerne County through collective giving.
