Ethan Rosenberg caught a 21-yard touchdown pass from Ethan Dizon on the first possession of overtime as No. 5 Syosset defeated No. 4 Port Washington, 49-48, in the Nassau Conference I football quarterfinals Friday night.

Harry Eynon answered with an 8-yard TD run for Port Washington, but the Vikings’ two-point pass fell incomplete to give Syosset the win.

Michael Mifsud ran for three touchdowns and Rosenberg caught two TD passes from Dizon, who added a rushing score. Charles Wang blocked a punt and returned it for a TD.

Syosset (5-4) plays No. 1 Massapequa (9-0) at 4 p.m. on Friday at Hofstra in the semifinals.

Eynon threw for 281 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 11 yards and two TDs for Port Washington, which finished 5-4.
