Bengaluru’s Parappana Agrahara Central Jail is once again under scrutiny. A video from inside the jail has surfaced, showing LeT terrorist Juhad Hamid Shaquil Manna using a mobile phone. Shaquil is accused of recruiting youths for the terrorist organisation ISIS.

Additionally, serial killer and rapist Umesh Reddy can also be seen using a mobile phone. Some inmates were even seen watching TV inside the jail. However, the authenticity of this video is yet to be confirmed.
