Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner has firmly denied filmmaker Yi Zhou’s allegations of harassment, calling them “totally inaccurate and untrue.” The 'Hawkeye' star broke his silence after Zhou took to Instagram with a series of posts detailing their brief professional and personal interactions earlier this year, tagging them with hashtags like “#CancelJeremyRenner.”
According to Zhou , her first contact with Renner was in June, when she alleged that he sent her “a string of unsolicited pornographic images” via direct message and WhatsApp. She further claimed that he “seduced” her into believing he genuinely cared for her. Zhou also described an alleged August 20 meeting, during which she said Renner became “violent” after drinking wine, forcing her to lock herself in a room out of fear.
