Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the West Virginia International Film Festival will present its Fall Film Festival for the first time since 2019, Thursday-Sunday, Nov. 13-16 across various locations in downtown Charleston. Guests can expect screenings, film workshops and networking opportunities.
The festival kicks off at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, with a reception in the lobby of the former Park Place Stadium Cinemas for sponsors, media and pass holders.
Friday night opens with a screening of “Ireland West Camino,” a feature-length documentary directed by Charleston native Thomas Breitere at 6:30 p.m. at Park Place Screen 2, and afterward, Fife Street Brewing is hosting a movie trivia night beginning at 8 p.m.
