PURNEA(Bihar): With just two days left for the second phase of polling in the Bihar Assembly elections, Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Saturday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of “stealing votes” while urging the youth of Bihar to remain “vigilant” during polling.
