First air show held in Northern Command Guwahati.
The first air show was held at Northern Command Guwahati on the 93rd Foundation Day of the Indian Air Force. Air Force air warriors created more than 25 formations over the Brahmaputra River at Lachit Ghat.
More than 75 planes and helicopters including Rafale, Sukhoi, Tejas performed flying displays for this. This year's Air Force Day theme is 'Precise, Impenetrable and Accurate', which symbolises focusing on the Indian Air Force's operational capability, flexibility and precision.
