People protested against rising air pollution at India Gate in Delhi on Sunday. By evening, police removed people from India Gate. Several people were detained during this. People alleged that police were forcibly removing them.

Environmental activist Bhavreen Kandhari, who was present among the protesters, said that children's health is deteriorating rapidly. Every third child's lungs are affected by pollution.
